First hour structure

Some traders mark the high/low of the first 30–60 minutes of London or New York (Module 5 sessions) and trade breakouts or fades of that range.

  • Works best on liquid pairs (EUR/USD, XAU/USD).
  • Define rules in advance — which session, which timeframe.
  • Stand aside on major news days (Module 8).
