Scheduled market movers

Free calendars (Forex Factory, Investing.com, TradingView economic tab) list scheduled releases with impact ratings (low / medium / high). High-impact events can spike spreads and slippage.

What to record

  • Event name & country (e.g. US CPI, RBI rate decision).
  • Time in your timezone (PKT, IST, GST).
  • Forecast vs previous — surprise moves markets more than the number alone.
Low Medium High Reduce size or stand aside around high-impact unless your plan is news-specific
